Can I have more than one wallet?
With a SendBuddie multi-currency wallet, you can easily hold, receive, send, and manage money in multiple currencies—all from one account.
You can have up to four currency wallets and switch between them whenever needed. If you need to convert money from one currency to another, you can do so directly within your account using our real-time exchange rates.
This makes it easier to manage international payments, receive funds, and send money without needing multiple accounts.
What is a multi-currency wallet?
A multicurrency wallet is where you have several wallets opened in different currencies on your SendBuddie platform either on the web or Personal platform.
You can hold, receive and send money using a SendBuddie multi-currency wallet. You can hold a maximum of 4 currency wallets and convert between them at the real exchange rate where you need to.
You can send money from your account to a bank account that has been registered as a beneficiary on your account —
A fixed fee will be charged for this, and a conversion fee when you send to a different currency.
How do I exchange currencies in my SendBuddie wallet
To exchange funds between your wallets:

- Review the exchange details, including:
- The applicable exchange rate
- Any fees (if applicable)
- The amount you’ll receive in your destination wallet
- If everything looks correct, confirm the transaction to complete the exchange.
Once the exchange is successful, the converted funds will be credited to your selected wallet.
What is USDB?
USDB is a digital dollar (stablecoin) designed to provide a simple and convenient way to hold and move dollar-denominated funds digitally. It is designed to maintain a stable value, making it useful for managing funds without being exposed to the same price fluctuations associated with many other digital assets.
On SendBuddie, USDB can be used within supported services to hold and move digital dollar value. You can manage your USDB alongside other supported currencies and stablecoins in your SendBuddie account, giving you greater flexibility in how you manage your money.
USDB is designed primarily for use within supported services and is not intended to function as an open loop stablecoin for use across every external platform.

If you haven’t set one up yet, verify your bank account (account number + bank selection) under Fund Account first, Sendbuddie will generate two virtual account options (DW MFB and Wema Bank Plc), though we currently advise using DW MFB. This account is created once and reused for all future NGN deposits.
GBP wallet
Share your Bank Deposit details: Account Name (Innovation House Financial), Ref Number, BIC/Swift Code, Account Number, Bank Name, and Sort Code. The sender must include your Ref Number so the payment is matched to your wallet.
USD wallet
You can fund your USD wallet in three ways: via Debit/Credit card for instant funding, via Virtual Account (subject to a monthly maintenance fee of 2.00 USD, deducted from your NGN wallet), or via Link Account using micro-deposit verification.
XAF wallet
Two options: share your Bank Deposit details for a bank transfer or use Request Money to have the sender pay directly via mobile money (Cameroonian networks only).
GHS wallet
No bank deposit details are available for GHS only Request Money is supported, so incoming funds are initiated by you requesting payment via mobile money, not by sharing static account details.
CAD wallet
No bank deposit details are available for CAD, funding is Debit/Credit card only, so there are no static receiving details to share for this wallet.
You can check your Transaction section at any time to confirm when the funds have been received.
